Dog 3/4 of old dryer sheet last night ( sheet had never been used but was old). Gave charcoal - seems fine, eating and drinking well, lots of energy, eliminating properly. What should I be looking for and concerned about and how should I proceed with home care? Thank you
My cat has bumps on her chin we think it is chin acne and we bought these pads but they backfired. Lizzy hates them and will run. We brought her to the vet but it was no help! We don’t have the money for another vet trip! Help
My 6 month old 20lbs pup ate about a third of a used Tide Free and Gentle dryer sheet. I was able to get most of it but I am concerned about the remaining third in his system and if that will pass.
Gerbil with allergies to paper bedding and shavings. Currently living on white cotton t shirts, washed in hypoallergenic laundry soap, doing really really well. Any other creative ideas to try for bedding?
Hi, I have three cats aged 1.5 years each. They are shedding a lot and my house has so many hair particles flying all around though I daily vaccum clean my house. Do air purifiers help in keeping my house free from cat hair and dander? Also please suggest me what should I do that their shedding gets decreased.
My roommate has rescued a kitten that is probably only about three to four weeks old. I have taken care of kittens around the same age in the past but I never had one with such a flea problem. I picked off all the fleas I could find. But there is still a lot of flea dander. What can I use to treat this and to clean her? The app won't let me upload any pictures
My sisters dog brought fleas into the house & so far I’ve seen 3 on precious. Always 1 at a time. Ive NEVER dealt with this before. What can i do? Does apple cider vinegar actually work? If so, how do i use it? What are some good sprays?
We adopted Zoey for Christmas and have since put two and two together that my four-year-old son is allergic to her. Getting rid of her is not an option as I won't do it and meds on his end isn't an option either. What can I do to help him to not be so miserable. I found on chewy.com the furminator brush (which I'm purchasing) and a dander remover and to me that sounds like it's a gimmick and that it wouldn't work. Am I right? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time
My dog threw up a dryer sheet. Hes never eaten one before. What can i do until i can get to a vet?
The vet suggested Children's Zyrtec. I did that for awhile but he hated it & I hated to force him to take it. He did stop itching & I quit giving it to him. A few months later he started again. I was giving him Allergy vitamin chews & that didn't seem to work. So I stopped all supplements & started back on the Zyrtec. They eat Merrick Grain Free food. I switched to washing all their blankets in Free detergent. I have Burt's Bees hotshot spray; nothing seems to help. Could it be the house dust?
I read that Ragdoll cats are fairly low shed bc they don't have an undercoat. I was wondering if the combination of one of these products & a low shedding cat would make them almost allergy free? The title of the products are: "Burt's Bees Dander Reducing Cat Spray, 10-oz bottle" OR "Allerpet Cat Dander Remover with Bonus Solution Application Mitt - 100% Non Toxic Pet Allergen Reducer - Scientifically Proven for Effective Cat Allergy Relief - Proudly USA Made (12oz)" both found on amazon. Thanks
Hi, I washed my sheets last night and when I woke up this morning noticed that my cat left some kind of residue all over the sheets. I don't think she has flees since she's an inside pet. What could it be?
