We just adopted a long haired cat and she isn't enjoying grooming at all. I've tried the furminator and deshedding gloves. Do you have any tips for making it more enjoyable for her please?
What is a Furminator???? Can i use it on my lab??? Is it safe??? If yes which is the best??? He is shedding lots of fur
I have a long haired elderly maincoon/tabby mix with mats all over his body because he is too overweight to reach them and honestly doesnt even try. Is there some product we can use to help him out? Shedding brushes are useless at this point and we've nearly resorted to a professional groomer.
White cats shedding too much do I need coat food
how to make my cat quit shedding, i brush her every other day
What can I do to prevent my cat from loosing fur on her back near her tail?
I have a one-year-old long-haired cat who is very active. She has 3 areas of horrible matting that I've attempted to work through over the last 2 weeks to no avail because she won't sit still for very long. What can I do to remove these mats from her fur!?
My cat sheds a lot. I feed him Tiki Cat dry Chicken and fish luau. He drinks water and has a bowl movement each AM. Just curious if there is a reason he sheds even after I brush him.
My lynx point siamese kitty sheds like crazy, no matter what I seem to do. I have heard brushing everyday helps but i have been doing that for several weeks, at least 10 to 20 min a day and it hasn't seemed to lessen the shedding at all. I cant even pet her without getting handfuls of fur. I understand cats shed of course but she is short haired and the shedding is 100 times worse than my other 4 cats. Is there anything I can do to minimize it ?
My cat is a Maine coon mix. I just got him shaved in the lion cut. Now he has what seems to be a mat right on his jaw line. He's not very cooperative with brushing. It's there anything I can use to get this mat out?
My feline (female Calico Breed) is shedding hair only when we do her grooming. Her hair on the coat have become bigger. Is it normal when a cats coat is big their hair come on the brush while grooming.
I read that Ragdoll cats are fairly low shed bc they don't have an undercoat. I was wondering if the combination of one of these products & a low shedding cat would make them almost allergy free? The title of the products are: "Burt's Bees Dander Reducing Cat Spray, 10-oz bottle" OR "Allerpet Cat Dander Remover with Bonus Solution Application Mitt - 100% Non Toxic Pet Allergen Reducer - Scientifically Proven for Effective Cat Allergy Relief - Proudly USA Made (12oz)" both found on amazon.
