I remember when I first got this bed for our Black Lab Retriever Mix, I thought this will never last, doesn't look like the picture and immediately bought a secondary flat FurHaven bed thinking I could double it and make it work. I then sewed a couple of old bed sheets to make encapsulated sheets to put the two beds into one to bulk it up and hold the two beds in place l. If I could do it all over again, I'd never purchase this bed. It's like a pancake when she sits in it after a few minutes and even the double made little difference, it just deflates. When she started limping from her leg being uncomfortable, I was done and bought her a more suitable replacement. Her new dog bed is much thicker, more plush. It's a comfortable bed that she can sprawl out on and it doesn't flatten out like the FurHaven beds. $100 was spent on the two FurHaven beds, plus the sheets and the whole process of assembling and the replacement bed was on sale $89.99 and she seems to enjoy it much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my dogs love this bed. Granted they can't sleep on there at the same time due to their size, but they love sleeping on it individually. My cats even love sleeping on this bed. Easy to wash/clean.

I bought two more beds thinking they would be the same but the dimensions are smaller and there is a big difference now in size. When I called about it they said they indeed changed the size. Go back to what everyone liked. Stop changing what is good.

Since purchase the majority of his time now is curled up or stretched out I bed. I tell him he has a job to do protecting us, he opens eyes looks at me like “don’t bug me I’m resting”, so with that said I have a happy lazy lab.
