Have a spunky new rescue chihuahua mix and she is skittish. So much so she will resist any efforts to trim her nails. We have 4 dogs so I have trimmed nails hundreds of times--but with Ricki Ricardo, no luck. I sit on the floor and flip them over and cradle them between my legs. My wife distracts them with peanut butter on a spoon. Besides going to a groomer or vet, any ideas? I thought maybe a groomer table might help. Are there premium nail cutters of higher quality than store bought?

My cat seems to have Hairballs they cannot get up. We groom them and tried Hairballs remedy food/treats and it didn’t help. What’s the next step? I can not afford to go to the vet as of right now but I feel so bad for them
She has black dots, which I believe to be flea waste, but I'm not sure what it is since I've given her a bath with little to no difference in their presence. She scratches and bites these areas nearly incessantly, she is also lacking a multitude of hair for her breed, particularly where these black spot patches appear. The biggest lack of fur is on her rear, where there's very little buttfluff. The rest is just a general lack of fur all across her body, petting her is like rubbing a hairbrush.
My dog is a maltese/poodle and about 6 yrs. old. He was a rescue from PetCo. We are not active people being in our 70's and have med. conditions but he sometimes gets a run but usually a mild walk. He has been chewing at his front legs to where they are discolored. At his last grooming his eyes became irritated from the eyebrows being shaved too close and he kept rubbing them so I washed them with a boric acid solution made for humans. They seem better but still have the hard gunk on the edges.
I have a Persian kitten 4 months old female .. since a few days im seeing some dead skin coming out or rather stuck in her fur behind her ear n a few spots of dead skin here n there pls help.

mini dachshund with black fur, last 3-4 weeks started noticing some light bare spots on her back where he may have been biting?and some of the surrounding fur has a grayish tint to it closest picture I found was a black dog with Seborrhea.
