The use of a hospital tank is recommended. It is always wise to check your water quality levels to ensure they are within their acceptable ranges before administering any water treatment. No water changes, pH or temperature adjustments necessary if readings are in ideal range. Maintain normal filtration and air.Use 1/2 capful (2.5 mL) per 10 gallons of water. Repeat as needed for not more than 5 days. It is suggested to always increase tank aeration during treatment to ensure an adequate oxygen supply for sick fish. Switch off UV sterilizers during treatment. Should fish exhibit signs of distress neutralize the medication by using an aquarium dechlorinator, such as FritzGuard, Fritz A.C.C.R. or Fritz Complete. Follow the manufacturer's directions for dosing.Note: Not suitable for use with starfish or related species.

Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.

My goldfish has popeye and I have been treating it with Kanaplex. I have given my fish 3 doses of kanaplex and I don’t see him getting any better. The container said to add only up to 3 doses. Can I add more doses of kanaplex to continue treating my goldfish?
My betta fish has fin rot, it’s progressing very fast. Within a day there’s a noticeable difference. He’s in a 55 gallon glofish tank(I tried multiple dividers and he kept escaping with no injuries) yesterday I put some betta fix medicine but it took the whole bottle, didn’t even get the desired dose for the tank. My black molly fish has some type of fungus and I have been treating it with a imagitarium fungus medication but it seems to have come back and is now all over his eyes. I'm not sure what to do. I am not sure if I should seperate him or leave him with the others.

My 16 years old cat had recurrenct kidney infection and was prescribed marfloxin f tablets for 45 days, but i has mistaken the dose and was giving her only 2.5 mg daily (for 3 kg body weight), while its needed 2.5mg for each 1 kg of body weight. For a month. What should i do now, start giving her 7.5 mg or take a break, or this antibiotic wont work anymore?
