Small bag but actual meat pieces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can see actual meat pieces. My dog is an American Akita and is about 96i ish lbs. Based on the serving size she would need about 4ish cups. This is a 5lb bag. So it wouldn’t last long at all. What I ended up doing was using it as a topper. My picky pup liked it! There’s no odor to the meat and didn’t seem to upset her stomach. It does have to be refrigerated. Thankfully we have a garage fridge.

No artificial preservatives or fillers, just clean nutrition packed with pumpkin and spinach. My dog absolutely loves the taste, and I feel good knowing he’s getting something healthy and nutrient-dense. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hazel mainly eats the homemade food I prep for her, and she gets a little kibble to help her teeth, so I’m really careful about anything extra I buy. This Freshpet Vital Large Breed recipe is one of the few store bought foods I feel good about using when I need something quick. It’s not kibble, it’s real fresh food and you can actually see the ingredients. Hazel eats it with no hesitation and it works perfectly as a backup when I don’t have her homemade meals ready. I like knowing she’s still getting something clean and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog is a huge fan. He wouldn’t even share with his little sister. The cashier at the store even told me that this is the best food for my pet. I like how it’s all natural ingredients and things that are good for my dog’s health. It looked like something I would have grilled outside and had no real smell to it. Like most dog food smells weird. I could tell this was healthy and made from the freshest ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vital fresh pet dog food is a no brainer. It's very convenient for busy nights to just reach in the refrigerator and fill up your pups dish. Yes, this product must be refrigerated. But it does have a long shelf life of fresh products. It's already mixed and ready for you in the bag. My dog has been eating it for about two weeks so far. I haven't noticed a significant difference in her coat but i do think it does justice on her digestive system because bathroom breaks have been normal. The only complaint i might see anyone having is the price range . But on the other hand you do get a big bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog loved it! Because she’s on kibble I layered a handful at the bottom of her bowl and used her dry kibble on the top. She gobbled it all up - I gave her a piece as a treat and she loved it as well. It smells like human food - like sausages haha. I thought this would be in ground meat form but it’s actually prepared kibble style which is great. I intend to mix this in as a topper to her food since we still have so much of her current food left. We are freezing the bag and only taking out small portions each week to add to her bowl.

It adds some excitement to their food and you can actually see the pieces of meat in it, which I love! The bag is small enough to easily fit in the fridge. I did deduct one star because the smell isn’t very appealing.
