This recipe is fully cooked ready to serve! Simply cut along serving marks and dice, mash or mix. Store covered in the refrigerator and use within 7 days of opening. Avoid freezing for best results. No heating or defrosting required. Feeding Instructions: Depending on the age, activity level, and condition of your dog, the feeding guidelines will need to be adjusted. The normal daily feeding amount for a healthy adult dog: 5-20 lb. dog feed 1/4 - 1/2 lbs. per day, 21-40 lb. dog feed 1/2 - 1 lbs. per day, 41-60 lb. dog feed 1 - 1 1/4 lbs. per day, 61-100 lb. dog feed 1 1/4 - 1 2/3 lbs. per day *Add 1/4 lb. for each 25 lbs. beyond 100 lbs.

Cozmo Corgi is a very itchy guy. So we are on our 4th food change. Giving Fresh Pet a solid try. It has only been a week but Cozmo is not near as itchy! And he loves the salmon food. He has been on high quality salmon kibble but this is different. Its easy to tell he feels better.

We tried more foods than you could imagine. FreshPet is the only thing they like. The problem is, recently we found out one of my pups is allergic to chicken, turkey, beef and all meat. Most of the FreshPet variety is chicken. The seafood options are very hard to find. Please stock more of this.

I was home cooking Quincy’s meals making him salmon, sweet potato and carrots plus adding fruits and vegetables during the day as treats. Very time consuming I might add. Then I found Fresh Pet at the local Whole Foods and began to research Fresh Pet. Well, Quincy loves the new diet and I’m hoping for great results. I’m starting him off with Vital Salmon and possibly trying the Vital Beef & Bison. Fresh Pet’s website is so easy to get great information on each product.

This a a tasty food for our dog to supplement his dry food. He is on a fish diet for allergies so it’s perfect.

Switching to this chicken and grain free food solved the issue of my dog constantly licking her paws. I had no idea dogs could be allergic to chicken, especially since almost every dog food contains some form of chicken. I was out of ideas. The licking stopped within the first week of switching from chicken based kibble to this food. Plus my dog has lost weight and it's clear she feels better.

I have never done so. I did have one loaf partially freeze. It was up against the side of our mini fridge. The texture changed a bit and got grainy. The food was okay.

Yes there are 2 different types of Salmons though. They're one with egg and rice and one with ocean white fish. I do know that the Salmon/egg one does come in a six lb. It's very hard to find or it's usually out of stock
