My dog really likes Freshpet and especially the Vital Benefits line. His previous chicken recipe seems to either be discontinued or difficult to find, so we moved to the vital chicken log which has very similar ingredients. However the logs were either too small or too big, and honestly having to dice up his food can be messy and inconvenient. This has been a great substitution! This gives us a similar experience to his original food, he loves it and his stomach was able to transition easily! Only 2 days of loose stool, which is a huge improvement when transitioning foods for my dog with an extremely sensitive stomach, and can have a poor stomach for a few weeks before settling.
