Fresh Step Simply Unscented Light Weight Clumping Litter gives you 10-day odor control in your cat's litter box using an unscented litter formula that's 30% lighter (1). This lightweight cat litter is easy to lift, carry and pour, while giving you the same number of uses as a 22 lb. box (1). Made using clay, carbon and minerals, Fresh Step unscented cat litter features Activated Charcoal Technology to prevent bacterial odor growth on the litter, stopping odors on contact for 10 days without the use of added fragrances or dyes. The high-quality clumping cat litter forms tight clumps for easy scooping and helps prevent stinky crumbles from being left behind in the kitty litter box. In addition to easy cat litter clumping, this Fresh Step clumping cat litter has a low-dust formula to help keep your floors and other surfaces cleaner. Enjoy more catnaps and cuddle time with your kitty when you choose Fresh Step cat litter. (1) vs. 22 lb. regular Fresh Step Simply Unscented.

For best results, do not mix with non-clumping cat litter. For first time use, start with an empty, clean cat litter box. Fill your clean litter box with 3 to 4 inches of Fresh Step Lightweight Simply Unscented Cat Litter. Remove clumps and solids daily and dispose in trash. Do not flush. The rest of the litter stays fresh. Add more litter to refresh your litter box each time you scoop. Maintain level of litter at 3 to 4 inches.
As a reminder, especially to pregnant women and immunosuppressed persons, cat feces can sometimes transmit a disease called toxoplasmosis. Therefore, always remember to wash hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter. For further information, consult your doctor. Unused cat litter poses no toxoplasmosis threat. Caution: Do not use this product as a traction aid because product becomes slippery and slick when wet.

Hello my cat is an inside and out cat, I live in Florida. I have two litter boxes for him it is a clumping brand so it's an easy clean up, he has no problem using them. the question is the box I have put outside is clumping with out my cat using it, and when it does start to clump he doesn't use the one out side.... but still uses the box with the same litter inside. Which litter should I use out side?
Is it safe to use "crystal" litter after paw surgery?

I have 2 ferral cats I took in. They have been doing excelent and I nabbed 2 more of the next litter and they are doing excellent. They have been inside 1 month. They are Karats. The oldest are males and the young ones female. The male got sick then 4 days later the other male did. Their symptoms are lethargy, lack of eating/drinking and now throwing up. The only new difference is scented litter instead of non. The vomit is watery. I treated ea for hair balls and feed them food for hairballs.

How much unflavored pedialyte would you give a 6lb senior cat to help prevent dehydration from diarrhea due transitioning to a new food? Can it be given directly with a feeding syringe or should it be diluted in water and if so how much dilution? Thank you.
What age is considered senior? I have one cat that is 7 years old and two that are 5 years old. Two of my fur babies are overweight and one is slightly overweight. My fur babies now have very, very smelly poop, which is recent, just within the last two weeks...could this be food related?
My 15 year old cat has stage 2 kidney disease. She shows no changes in her personality or daily habits. She will not eat any of the renal wet prescription diet food that our vet has suggested. What would be the best brand of store shelf wet food for her? I have been reading labels for high protein and moisture, good Omega 3, low phosphorus and alot of brands seem to be about the same. She is a fussy eater.
Can having dwarfism cause a kitten to refuse to use a litter box, and walk while he poops? I'm 90 percent certain that my little Male foster has dwarfism and he is approaching adoption age so not using the litter box is increasingly concerning as I know that adopters dont wamt cats that arent litterbox trained. If this is caused by dwarfism is there anything I can do to make going I'm the box easiar for him?
I'm looking for a high quality limited ingredient diet with sodium levels between 0.3-0.5% dry matter basis maximum. Can someone recommend a brand to me? thanks!
