Sinks directly to bottom and in-between gravel too deep to where fish cannot get it even though it says "Slow sinking formula."

I’ve had high end goldfish breeds for 20 years. This has been more of a hit with my fish over the years but I’ve also had a few fish that just don’t like this product and prefer the flakes.
