There’s not many mealworms in this jar and on top of that they’re packed in a sawdust type substance. Not worth the cost!!

My juvenile bearded dragon is going through shedding and just got bored and agitated with the live crickets, so I tried these, and I put them in a little treat bowl and he really loves them. They can't be used as a stand alone protein source, but good as a substitute along with their fresh daily veggies!! For the price, it's worth a try!

Yes, I recommend this product.

Can you feed a Pac-Man frog these?

I have nine cats and am wondering how much (how many per cat), and how often to treat my cats with this product? My cats go crazy over crickets that sometimes sneak into the house and I know it's excellent protein for them. Thanks in advance.

Are these good for leopard gecko’s?

      1. Yes they are good for all reptiles

      How long re the mealworms

      1. 1/2 to 1 inch long

can i give this to my mice?

      1. Yes, mealworms freeze-dried or alive are an excellent source of protein for mice and other small animals such as hamsters. Keep in mind you don’t want to just be feeding mealworms as a stand alone meal, they are best pared with seed mix and lab blocks. My mice love them! When feeding I typically give each of my mice one mealworms each at meal time, but you can leave them out in the cage and your mice will eat them.

How many worms come in the container?

      1. a few hundred but they are very small

What is the procedure  for feeding this product to a Venus Fly Trap? Do the worms come alive when they are hydrated?

      1. No the worms never become live. I feed them to the wild birds and they love them. I don't know anything about Venus Fly Trap.

Is this product good for box turtles?

      1. yes

can hedgehogs eats fluckers freeze dried meal worms?

      1. They can, but only in moderation.  Too many dried mealworms can cause impaction. Live mealworms are better.

Can Fluker's Freeze-Dried Mealworms be eaten by hamsters too?
