Although my dog LOVED this, her gums were bleeding within 5 minutes of starting to chew. Seemed like any chewed edges were too sharp.

It said long chew time but my poodle had it gone in no time at all. She liked it I was disappointed with the length of lasting for the cost of it. In the long run it cost more than a dollar a minute of enjoyment for her. So if you want a nice treat that is gone quickly it works.

Not worth it, potentially dangerous

This was a disappointing buy and one I could easily see be a pretty big choking hazard to dogs that don’t chew carefully. My 70lb mutt demolished this in less than 5 minutes and it was just splintering apart as she was chewing it. I watched to make sure she was chewing the pieces and not just swallowing them but it was definitely a concern. Would not buy again and don’t recommend.

Not long lasting and makes a mess when chewed

Long lasting, not so much. It took less than 15 minutes for my dog to dispose of it. Additionally, the dog chew broke apart into several small pieces (approximately 20) all over the floor where my puppy was chewing on it. It made a real mess to clean up.

My dog is a 90lb Boxer so my rating might be bias, but he crunched through this treat in just a couple minutes. For him, this was a little better than some of the longer lasting rawhide alternatives though, because he’s known to swallow large chunks. This was crunchy enough for him to chew to appropriately sized pieces. Safer, but not long lasting.
