Our organic Pumpkin for dogs and cats combines some of nature's best fiber sources into a convenient and easy-to-use powder for your pet. It's not just about the pumpkin, because we've packed this product with other gut-healthy friends such as ginger, an ancient herb widely known for its positive effects on the digestive system. Ginger is also known to help soothe upset stomachs, reduce nausea and improve absorption of key nutrients. We created our Pumpkin Plus fiber supplement with eight organic ingredients derived from natural high-fiber sources, including pumpkin seed, coconut fiber, apple fiber and ginger, all designed to keep your pet's digestive system in tip-top shape. In addition to providing ample fiber for regularity, Pumpkin Plus can help alleviate upset stomachs and anal gland issues.

What is best to help with dog constipation? I've heard pumpkins helps does it really? If so how much do I give him?
Is this a good supplement to fees my cats daily. NaturVet Digestive Enzymes Plus Probiotic for Cats, 60 ct Soft Chews , Made in USA Is it grain free? They both eat orijen but one cat throws up undigested food sometimes.
Dog expressing anal glands frequently. Negative for intestinal parasites, have added pumpkin to food
How much fiber is a 17 lb. dog supposed to have per day. I wanted to give my dog greens and pumpkin for her anal glands and health but they are causing loose stools. Will she still be getting enough veggies in her food? The brands I use do have veggies listed on the label. (Fromm, Acana and Orijen) will she still be healthy without the added veggies? is this a normal reaction for her to get loose stools from adding that? She takes these supplements: Fish oil, probiotics, joint pill, coconut oil)
I've been giving my dog greens and pumpkin for the past few weeks. I usually give one tablespoon of each. I also give her 8 carrot chips as snacks. Lately she has been having loose stools. I'm frustrated because I consider the stool to be an indicator of good health and it also helps express her anal glands when they are formed. Right now she is on Orijen six fish (4% fiber.) Im considering just cutting out the pumpkin and greens altogether. What would you do? Would she be getting enough veggies
Is it ok to give pureed greens and fruits instead of pumpkin for anal glands. My dog doesn't like the pumpkin but will eat the greens and fruits. I usually resort to having to force feed her the pumpkin, which I'm sure is unpleasant to her. Won't the greens and fruits have fiber as well? I just made a batch and she seems to like it. Plus I was doing the pumpkin for 2 months and she still needed to have her glands expressed. (The fluid was a good consistency though) thanks!
My cat is experiencing constipation. I’ve tried some pumpkin “soup” with chicken that I found at the pet store but doesn’t seem to be helping. I also have tried laxotone. Are there any other suggestions to try?
My long haired cat has frequently hairball issues. I have been feeding her two teaspoons canned pumpkin every day for a month now. She loves it. Can I keep on doing it? She is diabetic on remission, so no insulin anymore but diabetic canned food. Is pumpkin bad for diabetic cats?
My GS mix 2+yrs old has issues expressing her glands. We feed Taste of the Wild. Fed twice/day. When she was a puppy we added pumpkin to firm up her poo and it helped, about a Tbsp give or take. In last 6 months she has been having issues w/anal glands & we have taken her twice for expression at vet & I think she is needing it again. We give baby carrots, 2-3 daily as treats. I want to resolve this vs buying something to add to her food, any suggestions? Is she getting too much fiber?
My cat has been on nature variety pride flaked tuna cat food cans for a while and he loves it. Recently I have been treating him with a little orijen chicken formula kibbles here and there then yesterday and today he has been having diaherra, I am guess it is the orijen? He has no other symptom but that, would total-botic probotic for cats given daily help his diaherra? Would pumpkin too? As dental treats I give him virbac treats but I am switching to plaque off hard dental treats.
My dog seems to have constipation but when she tries to poop, a little bit of liquidy poop comes out and that’s it. I was told to try pumpkin. Does this usually work and if so should she fast for 12 hours? Is it ok if she only eats a couple tablespoons of pumpkin in a day?
Good afternoon, how long does it usually take for pumpkin to work for a constapated dog?
