Could you please recommend a good brand of probiotic dog treats?
My dog ate a whole container of cat probiotic. He weighs about 25 lbs will he be ok?
Yeah or nay on digestive enzyme supplement for cats? Been adding it to my 4 cats (age 1, 6, 8, n 9) moist and sometime dry food, a powder mix from Mercola cause i have been told that it will help but also have read articles that it wont. All of my cats are healthy but 1 had vomited on many meals right after before i added it to her food. Also thoughts on probiotics. Thank you
My cat is an antibiotic and it’s starting to get diarrhea. I have her on Fortefora Would adding benefiber help?
I have a 3 year old black lab, she is 80lbs and in great health. But she is having a hard time with her GI track she has been seen by 3 different vets all put her on a antibiotic and 2 put her on a probiotic packet all seamed to help but once she is not taking them she has runny stools yet again. Her food is Costco hard food organic with probiotic in it
What food is good to give an acid pron dog? Is there a probiotic i could give her?
can Protease IFC (enzymes & vits), zylkene, and probiotic be given to a small dog recovering from pancreatitis and who only eats fish & currently refuses to eat the incorporated Dr. Harveys raw vibrance.
I am aware of a company that advertises their diet of raw meat and dairy as being fermented therefore it is supposedly safer. This company also states that it is completely safe for any pet to consume an all raw fermented milk diet on an ongoing basis. They also say that their diet is rich in good fats such as pastured butter and they specifically add that to their all meat diets. They also make health claims that heavily imply that their diet can cure and prevent disease. Is fermentation safe?
I have been giving my 20-year-old cat Proviable for many months now. I got it from my vet when I brought her in for her diarrhea and he gave her Flagyl and told me to give the Proviable to her for a month. I couldn't get the Flagyl down her but was able to mix the Proviable in her food and that worked. Will giving her Proviable help to alleviate her diarrhea (as she still has it) and it has been a long time now, about a year.?
is raw freeze dried boosters good for odgs
Can you give probiotics to a cat with kidney disease?
Hello! I want to give my kitty probiotics with her antibiotics and after the course as well . I have one that has only lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacteruim longus ( 5 billion cfu each ) is this enough to help her ? Or is it better to get something with more strains ? Also , is it true that it's best to give in between meals because they get destroyed in stomach acids ? (I am not interested in fortiflora or other commonly prescribed reccs ,,Thank you !!
