L-Carnitine Tartrate Taurine Coenzyme Q10 Organic Hawthorn Berry Vitamin E (D Alpha Tocopherol). Fish flavor (Salmon), Bamboo silica, Vegan capsule (Cellulose, Water).

Give 1 capsule per 25 lbs on a daily basis. If giving more than 1 capsule daily, divide between AM and PM. Capsule may be given whole, in a pill pocket, or opened and sprinkled.

My Maltese has an enlarged heart. He gets Cardiac support, Enalapril, Lasix and 93% Turkey meat mixed with Dr. Marty’s Nature Blend. It has been over a year with his diagnosis and he’s doing fine.

My dog was diagnosed with early mitral valve disease. He developed a small heart murmur that slightly increased in size over a year . I decided to give this a try for a year and was told at his annual follow up that there was no change in the size of the murmur. I can't definitively say that this supplement stopped the murmur from getting larger, but it's the only dietary and lifestyle change we made so I will be crossing my fingers and continuing use.

We've been using this product for about a week now, I have an 8 year old dog who had a "bit" of an enlarged heart for unknown reasons at her last check up, no murmur though... Figured it would be best to get ahead of any issues with a supplement from a brand that I already love and trust! So far, no ill side affects, she takes the pills easily and I am excited to see improvement as we go!

HelloIs this safe to give to a dog who recently was diagnosed with diabetes?I have bought this product for my doberman, our last doberman had DCM, so we want to take preventive measures. My question though is about my other dog who is a senior pittie mix, who from chest x-rays we recently discovered her heart is enlarged and they possibly think she has developed DCM as well. And now was also diagnosed with diabetes, so I want to make sure this supplement would be safe for her as well.

My cat was diagnosed with HCM (his breed is predisposed). It's in a very low stage and does not currently need to be treated per his initial echo). He did have a heart murmur noted on his first exam and since using this, it's no longer detected. I will have to see how his next echo will go, but I will continue to use this product. I like that I can mix the capsule powder into his food, he does not seem to notice, and it's only once daily.

I have been using this product for 2 days and I already noticed my dogs breathing decreasing. I will see how he is doing in a couple of weeks and see if it deserves a five star. Stay tuned God Bless

The supplement appears to be beneficial for my 13 1/2 yr old Sheltie who had an intermittent cough suspected to be heart related as she has stopped coughing in the morning. However I can’t say the same thing for the purchasing process. Communication is a disaster. Apparently the ONLY way to discuss anything is via text NO way to talk directly with a real person. It took numerous texts and at least a half hour or more of my time to get an order placed correctly. I almost decided not to place an order because of the inability to talk to a person which could have resolved this in a matter of minutes. A senior myself having to navigate only thru texts and online is to discourage that segment from purchasing your products.
