Refill covers an area up to 700 sq. ft. Avoid plugging in the diffuser under shelves, behind doors, behind curtains, behind furniture. This will impair diffusion. Use the peel-off sticker on each FELIWAY OPTIMUM Refill vial to remind you when to check and replace the vial. The diffuser should be checked monthly and replaced every six months to ensure optimum effect.

Make sure you are using only FELIWAY Optimum diffusers with your FELIWAY Optimum vials and refills. Do not mix refills or plug-ins from other brands.

We have a tortie we adopted when she was 4 years old. She is very shy and reclusive, but she does show signs of "relaxing" when we approach now. Will keep using, even if all we do is to make her a little calmer throughout the day.

Doesn’t work. I have two sister cats who have been paired since birth that are now not getting along fighting. It didn’t do anything for their issues. Waste of money. Me with the calm voice does better at no charge. I’ll never buy feliway again.

Turns out one of our cats is allergic to Feliway Optimum. He hasn't had issue with the other formulations in the past. Not soon after I plugged them in, he developed a runny nose. I didn't realize that maybe it was the Feliway until the night before another vet visit, where he'd gotten even worse after putting in a refill, so I unplugged it. They put him under for xrays and to drain his sinuses, and only found a bunch of gunk. He's been fine since the diffusers were unplugged. I figured I'd post a review since most of the comments were "no there's nothing in Feliway a cat would be allergic to". My other cat didn't seem bothered.

This worked pretty well for our very anxious new kitty. She seemed to warm up to us more after putting it in her room. I don't think it lasts for a full 30 days.

Feliway was recommended by cat’s vet because she is an afraid and aggressive rescue, no idea her history but appears it was rough. The Feliway has made a tremendous difference, she is more relaxed and social, playful. With time, love, and the help of this product she is definitely more at ease and hopefully happy. It has been out of stock in stores and online the last 3 times I tried to buy refills. Hope that changes.

Definitely see a difference in our scardy-cat boy. Last MUCH less than a month, wicks up/leaks if cap is off. Very expensive, especially because it lasts about half as long as advertised.

I have used the Feliway in the orange box and it works for my mail cat. He all of the sudden will be agressive towards his sister but when I have this plugged in he acts normal. My question is what is the difference from this one and the Feliway Optimum ?
