Didn't help young mare's dry persistent cough

Brianna

I bought this about 2 months ago to help with my 4 yo mare's non-productive persistent cough. She coughs at rest, and when warming up. This supplement didn't change it *at all*, even though we gave it a month to work.

When my new horse arrived with a persistent cough, my trainer and other horse owners in the barn recommended Cough Free. Within a few days, his cough was gone and has stayed gone.

I used this product from early April to late June and it didn't make any difference, horse would sneeze when grazing and occasionally cough under saddle. Only positive thing to say is that my horse didn't hesitate to eat it.

Upset My Horse's Stomach

unknown

I bought this a week or two ago and started it as soon as I got it. It was recommended by a vet, not even a week later my horse's behavior completely changed. My horse is the sweetest horse who loves to work and play turned into a biting machine and kicked out a stall wall next to his favorite friend and would flinch when attempting to saddle up. I didn't even have the saddle on him! Called a different vet to come check him out on suspicion of ulcers, turns to find out this product has a lot of stomach irritants.
