We bought this for our turtle tank, lasted 4 days. Thankfully Petco took it back no questions asked. It was expensive so glad they honored it.

Seemed Great Until
I had this in a hood over my chameleon mesh enclosure and I'm happy it wasn't over an open enclosure cause it literally exploded. Middle of the day, had been in use a short while, exploded into several pieces. Was pretty scary cause I'd never seen a bulb do that. I can't imagine anything that would cause it to break as it's supposed to be splashproof and mist is the biggest threat to light bulbs in my setup...
