What's a good food for Green Tree Frogs
I am wondering if I can use food grade diatomaceous earth in my green anoles terrarium that has mites
My new juvenile ball python has refused food for almost a month. She is loosing weight and I can see her spine. I have tried live and F/T. She has no noticeable external parasites. Hot spot temp is 88 F, humidity is 65-70%, ambient temp is 75 F. Should I consider assisted feeding?
Hi! Lyra doesn't eat if I don't force feed her (putting a little inbetween her nose, so she can pick it off). How do I get her to find the food and eat it? I have both Repashy and Pangea, and neither of them have been eaten without me "force feeding". She has actually LOST quite a bit of weight, and im sending before and after pics. (The one with the paper clip is before)
My baby ball python won't eat by herself we have to get her force fed what can we do to help her eat my herself?
I recently bought rtg arrowana but it isn't taking any food i tried dry shrimp but it didn't feed on them but it just feed on live fish..... What should I do so that it feeds on dry shrimp
I have a new Ball Python that eats allright, but it stays in it's hide all the time, day and night. I keep the temperature gradient consistant. The hide is the black square with a hole in one end. I feed him in a separate clear habitat. The substrate is aspen bedding wich, consists of perfectly square 3mm pieces that stick to every thing it comes in contact withincluding the snake wich is covered. I have to mist more than seven times a day to keep the humidity above 40%. One quart at a time.
I have a parakeet whos beak is long. I have the thing in her cage for her to trim it but she doesnt use it.
My gerbil Skye fell from about 6 feet. Her front paws are limping and I don’t know how to feed her since she can’t grab her food. Can you help? She can chew and drink water but she is only kind of using one of her paws. She got a little better since it happened but can’t eat. My main question is how to feed her since she can’t grab the food herself?
She shed this morning and she's eating Repashy as a main diet. 21°C and 65-85% (depending on time of the day) hydration. She "hugged" my finger with her tail and it felt as strong as usual. Last night I forgot to spray down her tank (45x45x60cm exo terra). She's eating as usual and moves around the tank as usual. Can I do anything to help her and identify the situation or should I take her to the vet?
I adopted a sick Leopard Gecko from a local pet store. The pet store doesn't take good care of Leopard Geckos. They have dried Mealworms, no calcium, no humidity, and their all crowed in one hide. My Leopard Gecko Geo wasn't eating Mealworms or Crickets. She is underweight and her tail is skinny. I started to get concerned so I started syringe feeding her daily with ReptaBoost. Today I saw her throw up some of the mix. It looks like she was struggling to regurgitate. Also the humidity is high.
I just purchased a baby leopard gecko from petco. I noticed it was the smallest of all of them and occasionally it will shake its legs individually like thumper... what could this be ? It eats really good!
