Not free spinning. Top swivel catches on the metal spacers, preventing free movement with a 12 lb dog. Matching tie out line quickly became completely wrapped around the stake. Will be returning.

This worked with my small (60 lb) German Shepherd pulling on it in loose dirt, but I wouldn't put heavier dogs on it that are going to constantly yank on it. It worked for what I needed it to work for and I am glad I bought it. Great for camping, road trips, traveling, etc.

My dog was clipped to this product. She’s only a 45 lbs dog. The round metal piece you clip the cable to opened up and she ran off. Piece of crap. They should be ashamed of themselves.

The product is well made but the clip that attaches to the dog collar is much too large for a small dog. My dog is 7lbs and it was too heavy for her little neck.

Bought this so the dog could be outside with us while we don’t have a fence. She is a strong dog and she did not come close to getting this out of the ground. Didn’t leave her unsupervised but she was safe & secure with this outside.

Bought this yesterday so our fence jumper could be left outside. Husband goes out to set it up and the handle snap off before it was ever even used. Will not buy again or recommend. Very glad we priced matched and didn't pay full price. Not worth the $5 we did pay.
