Hi my dog Miley she likes to dog and get out of the backyard I have put her chains and she just breaks them

My dog was taken to a groomer today& was forced to stand up on all fours on a small table for 2+ hrs straight. She's a 165lb St. Bernard,& gets drained from even running for less than 5min. My dog is a 9 month old german shepherd husky mix. She still will not settle down in the house unless she is sitting on a chair, bed, couch. Otherwise she is on the go constantly. I walk her at least 2 miles daily and take her to the dog park about 3 times weekly. We also have a fenced in yard that she spends at least half of her day in. I just want her to come in and lay down. Thanks
My dog is going on 12 yrs now.She has developed really bad habits in the last months.She scratches the furniture, coaches or glass door when she wants to go outside.I take her outside and she starts barking cause I’m not there with her. Before we moved she stayed outside with no problem.She has to be on a long cable now cause of the regulations at our new place.I take her on 3 long walks during the day. I don’t know how to change her behavior.
