I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat? He is 14y/o, and will be crated for 6-8 hours 5 days a week for a few weeks, until he gets used to the area. Of course he'll be inside the house, and let out in the evenings and sometimes for a bit on lunchtime.

I am going to purchase a cat bed for my cat soon, I wanted to take a proffesional's advise on where to place my cat bed (please look at attached photos). My cat's favourite place to nap and relax is either the bed or the cat tree, recently the bed more. When shes not napping, she spends time at the kitchen window watching birds and people walking. My cat fell asleep under this ridiculously thick bed covering. He's done this before and would come out when it gets uncomfortable. But yesterday, he slept inside it for hours, when I finally pulled him out he was constantly swallowing. He still ate and drank (always was very picky), but appeared distressed and was constantly staring at my other cats. He sleeps a lot more, but is very energetic and perks up when a toy is brought. What concerns me is that he has not defecated for the past 2 days
What type of bed would you suggest for my miniature dachshund? She is 3 1/2 months old. She gets cold easily & sleeps w/ me in my bed. She always loves cuddling with me whever I am if on the couch resting, etc. I always have a small blanket & she loves for me to cover her up totally.. She crawls under it & goes to sleep!
Need gromming store for my cat
So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
