How do you remove the center part from the removable cover?

Where or how can I get a replacement the main sleeping fill replaced?
- I have had one for years and I replace the stuffing and or just plump the stuffing up. I go to Joanne’s fabrics ( or any fabric store) buy a big box of polyfil when it’s on sale.
