Filling instructions: Fill bottle to capacity with room-temperature water. Over-filling may cause bottle to leak. When bottle is filled and first inverted, press the control ball and let water trickle out until vacuum develops before placing bottle into holder. Occasional dripping is normal. Installation instructions: Install bottle so tube will be 3 to 6 inches above habitat floor. Attach bottle to habitat using bracket. Ensure back panel and bolt are securely tightened. Care instructions: Not dishwasher safe. It is recommended to hand wash and rinse bottle weekly. After cleaning and refilling, make sure sealing gasket is in place. Always tighten bottle cap securely. If cap is loose, bottle may drip until empty. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

FOR PET USE ONLY. Inspect regularly and replace if part becomes damaged.

I bought this item a month ago and im already having issues the rubber that hold the ball is already broken and the ball gets stuck that water cant even come out i loved it when i got it hold alot of water and i thought it was gonna last me a while i needed something that was drip proof and this wasn’t it terrible product dont recommend

Leaked soon after purchase. The o ring in the nipple fell out and dumped all of the water into the cage. The lid is flimsy and falls off if you manually remove the bottle to fill. If you unscrew the nipple from the base you will never line it up correctly again. I really loved the mount to the cage, it held with a full bottle. Bottle is decent size so the water lasted a while for me. Unfortunately I need to return my bad one for a diffrent brand

“I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review.” The water ball is the perfect size for our ferret. It doesn't drip out continuously like other ones we have purchased in the past. Filling it up is super easy with the flip top on the top of the bottle, no more fighting with the brackets that hold it up every time. I do wish the flip top was a little bit sturdier though. It was already popped off in the bix when we received it, thin and kind of flimsy.
