Product label and website description are wrong
The shipping time and the quality of the product is great, but the size of the scratching pad doesn't match the advertised size. The label on the package identifies the correct size, but the pad itself is larger and doesn't fit into the pad holder designed for the pad. After reading other reviews, Petco has known about this problem for a while, but still ships this product with the incorrect dimensions. I was able to trim the pad cleanly on my table saw to fit it into the holder, but this shouldn't be necessary when the dimensions on the package and website are correct. Don't buy this if you are using this in the standard-size holder or don't have a table saw to trim it to the correct size neatly.

Totally awesome, my cats love them!!!
My cats love shredding these!!! They love the scratcher that uses these!! Petco has been my go to store for my dogs, cats, snakes & mice supplies for 30 yrs!!! WithOUT Petco my snake would not have lived as long, she lived 22 yrs!!!

This may not be the size it's labeled
The first time I bought this refill through Amazon it was fine. It fit into my box frames perfectly. That's because it was the size as labeled on the boxes. But when I recently ordered them from Petco the refills were a half inch too wide. I have damaged hands from an illness and had a friend cut off the extra .5" It was very difficult even for her and was far from a perfect job. They fit loosely. I don't understand why they can't be cut to the size they are shown on the label and in a consistent manner. Now I feel like I need to get a whole new scratching box system that does not use this type of refills.
