My dachshund came in from outside with this, what could it be?
Hi! I have a ferret, she is 3 years old and had never been outside (she gets scare)... i want to know if ferrets need to walk outside? it is a good choice to take her out for a walk for her health?

So I recently posted a pic of my hamsters new set up. People said that CritterTrail is too small for her. She has two cages and then tubes connecting them. She runs in her ball for 4 hrs a day with a break each hour for water and food. Should I make her a bin cage or keep the CritterTrails cage?
I'm looking to get this cage. The chart says it's good for two guinea pigs, which I have. In the comments a lot of people say their two guinea pigs were happy. But I just wanted to be sure. I'm thinking about getting this cage and then getting another later on to attach to it and expand it. What do you think? I'm stuck with a large rabbit cage and I know I need to get them something better so that's why I'm looking at this one.

It always relaxing in the room stretching out its legs behind at different places,sometimes it will go out and run around around at a fast pace, after that it'll just go back relaxing. Although this is it's usual behavior, I wanted to know is it because it's bored and that's why it don't feel like doing anything?Although it always very excited to go out but it'll just come out to relax and sometimes will go exploring a bit by digging things when it feel like it. Is there anything can be done?
SHARE Please help! My ferret has a very swollen red rectum that looks mildly prolapsed ! My local exotic vet is out until MONDAY!! I HAVE APPLIED PREP H and cortisone cream, swelling was better this morning! any other advice until I can get her looked at???? She is not a chewer, nor does she steal things...(not ferrety at all) the closest ferret vet is 2 hours from me and I have no means to get that far!! Our ac broke and I think she got dehydrated!
Earlier this month, we found a ferret out on the street. Naturally, we took the ferret in and tried to nurse him. We noticed that he has a bump on his skin and we are worried that it is a tumor. Due to the fact that we rescued him in a hurry, we still do not have a vet for him. Right now we are putting an anti-itch cream on the wound. Other than the bump, he is relatively healthy in every other way. How do you think we should treat the possible tumor for the time being until we find a vet?
