Questions
Can this EveryYay Road Trippin' Black Seat Belt Extender be used to secure pet carriers in the car? I'm looking for a way to secure my cats in their carriers in the car. Thanks
- I imagine it will work as long as you pull the seat belt all the way out and then let it retract as you do with a kid’s car seat. The cat carrier will need to be on the seat and the crate needs to have some type of grid to hook the carabiner into.

I bought the EveryYay Road Tripping Black Seatbelt for our dog, but it is too short. Is this extension supposed to add to the length of the seat belt?
- Hi CRC73, Good day! We sent you an email in regards to this. Thanks,

What are the two "easy" installation options? Does the seatbelt buckle have to be snapped into the car's seatbelt receiver since my seat cover blocks it?
- Hi Noah_B For this item, it does not need to snap into the seatbelt receiver itself, but can hook to a seatbelt that is buckled into the receiver. Some hammocks are made with openings at the seatbelt closure, but if not then you may not be able to use this item. Our Good to Go Hammock has slots for the seatbelt to connect if you are interested: https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/product/good2go-quilted-hammock-seat-cover-for-pets-in-gray. Thanks.,

Can I use a medium on my German shepherd puppy because I don't see a large
- Hi Cajun Creole lady, Yes you can use it or better yet contact your local Petco store as we do not know your pet's size and weight. Thanks,

Will this be short enough so if i put on the middle seatbelt my mini schnauzer won't be able to reach the window (he scratched my window and i want him to have freedom but be able to keep paws off window)
- It’s likely he won’t be able to reach the window from the middle seat. I loop it through the lap belt portion and my dog is a similar size (15lbs) and attach to her harness. She seems pretty calm with it on. My issue with it is there is no swivel so after it twists a few times she feels stuck. I’m going to try and add a swivel clip and see how it goes.

Anyone have an idea what set up i would need to keep my pitty from falling out of my convertable if i ever have to make and abrupt maneuver? She always stays in the car just sometimes likes to stand on window sill
- Hi Wraithwyo, Yes, just as long as the cat is wearing a harness. We would not recommend attaching to its collar just in-case it pulls at their neck, or the breakaway clasp detaches. Thanks,
