What are the dimensions of the base?
- 13 1/2 inches wide and 16 inches deep.

Can you refill the sisal part of the scratching post? Not the cardboard.
- There's no refill or replacement part sold for the sisal part. However I do replace it on my own. Just remove all the old sisal, buy a new pack of sisal rope and use a staple gun to secure it. I also use hot glue to reinforce it in different areas.

how do I remove the scratch pad to replace with a new one?
