Inner mat: Remove from carrier. Machine wash with cold water on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Remainder of carrier: Spot clean only with cold water.

Pet carrier/backpack should never be placed on elevated surfaces such as a large rock, bench, table or bed. Always use the interior restraint tether and completely secure all zippers, hooks, loops and closures when in use with pet. Make sure your pet is not too warm nor too cold. Be sure your pet is fully protected from the rain, wind and direct sun during use. To avoid choking hazards, do not feed treats to your pet while inside the carrier. Other than the restraining tether and clasp, be sure all strings, cords and elastics are placed out of pet's reach. Stop and check on your pet often during use to be sure they are comfortable and safely positioned inside.
