This adorable avocado themed cat scratcher is very appealing to the human eye. My cats, on the other hand, seem to have no interest in it. I thought the bright green coloring matched with the peculiar shape would encourage them to streeeetch when they scratch or even curl up in the hole in the middle. Sadly, this item seems more for human enjoyment than feline.

This avocado cat scratcher is super cute! It was a lot bigger than I expected it to be. My cat is a big boy and I was afraid he wouldn’t fit, but he does! I’m only docking a star because he doesn’t use it as much as I expected he would, but I might need to sprinkle more catnip.

My cats loved this thing! Its the perfect size, but i wish it had a base to keep it from falling over. And they had the cardboard shredded the first day...not durable enough for price. It would be nice if the front and back of the avocado were durable plastic

My foster cat is around 9.5/10 lbs, so he’s just slightly bigger than average. This was much too small to be of any use. He certainly couldn’t fit in it in any way to scratch the inside (if at all) and it isn’t steady enough to scratch on the outside, neither upright or sideways. He didn’t scratch it once, but scratches his old larger scratchers endlessly. Returning. Most of the options I saw at my local store were on the smaller side seemingly more fit for kittens. Please Petco, stock larger cardboard scratchers for adults to be able to stretch out on and use comfortably.

Very cute avocado kitty scratcher! My kitties enjoyed scratching it up. Mostly have used the inside, not too much scratching on the outside yet. But they enjoy peering through it and watching the world go by.

This is the cutest cat scratcher toy! It is very well made and lightweight. I love that my kitties can climb inside and scratch or just lay down! Theres no where that doesnt work for them. They have been using daily and it is holding up great!

I purchased this for my cat and she loves it! The scratcher is a great size and she enjoys scratching or snuggling insides and scratching the outside. You can sit it up or lay on its side - really versatile. Super cute and fun design too!
