It's great, but not worth the price. It has to be replaced too often to cost this much. I have 1 small cat and she scratched it enough to already need another one. I can't spend $30 a month just to let her scratch something made out of cardboard.

We are very happy with the EveryYay Modern Cat Scratcher. It’s the perfect size and has a nice appearance with the sides matching our floor. Our cats love the built-in balls. The only reason I rated this four stars was because it constantly slides around to different places when in use.

The cats ate loving it. They are finally leaving the wall in the mud room alone. It seems to be really holding up to the two cats useing it multiple times a day. I will be getting another for them to use.

I received this cat scratcher for free to test and review for the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I selected this product because the design reminded me of a tape dispenser. I took photos of my cat enjoying this new scratcher and displayed it in my classroom for my 1st graders to see that my cat was learning how to use school tools just like them. My students were impressed that my cat could use his scratcher so respectfully and not leave pieces all over like they did when they were using how to use our classroom tape dispenser. This cardboard cat scratcher is on an angle with built in balls for extra play and simulation. As soon as I opened the box and put some catnip on the scratcher, my cat was very interested in the item. My cat enjoys scratching the cardboard post and ratting the balls on it when he is feeling playful. This scratcher has been a big hit in my home. The scratcher is great for keeping his claws in check and he loves going for it when he has the urge to scratch, which is great news for my couches! The design of this scratcher is very simple, but it is effective while remaining durable. This scratcher keeps my cat engaged. Overall, this is a fantastic toy for cats who love to scratch and play! I highly recommend this scratcher especially for use in a single cat home to cure boredom while the pet parent is busy or away from home.

My wild kitty that loves to scratch, play, kick , bite and claw enjoys this scratcher. She loves the toys included and became frisky when she noticed the catnip. So far it has been sturdy and durable for her 8 pound frame.

My cats love their scratching posts and this one is their favorite so far! I sprinkle the cat nip on and they will play for an hour. The ball also keeps them occupied. It’s design is nice and modern as well!

This is a super high quality cat scratcher. I was honestly surprised with the construction. I’ve had a lot of flimsy ones and this is not one of them. Very sturdy sides. The cardboard is dense, so I know it’ll last awhile. Came with a pouch of cat nip. My cats especially love the toy balls inside.

My cat loves this scratcher. It’s bigger in person, I have a fat 20lb cat and it’s perfect for her. The little balls built in are pretty cool, they roll back and forth and surprisingly even though this is made of cardboard material, it’s sturdy and the balls don’t fall out. The only issue I have is that we have tile in our house and it’s slides around when my cat is scratching it, she still uses it just fine but I think if you had carpet it would stay in one place better. Other than that, it’s a quality scratcher! It’s been used for almost a month now and you can see in the pics it holds up pretty well.
