I initially really liked this tower. Unfortunately after a couple months of use, the flat level 2 platform became very wobbly and is getting worse the more they step on it. The platform is only held by 1 screw which seems to be the issue. Unfortunately, just outside the warranty 60 days. Our cat is pretty small and not that heavy, so was surprised it became so loose so soon.

I bought this a month ago and my Faith loves it. Glad I purchased.

Our cat is pretty small but it is still broken after less than a year of use. We tried to fix but the pillar part is hollow and was too hard to secure.

I'd only make the toy holder better. It fell off first day.

i needed something to fit in a small space and this was a good size. However, it is so poorly constructed I am a little shocked. It was delivered pre-assembled but already falling apart before ever being used. The screw holding down the middle platform on the thick round base post was drilled in too close to the side of the post and had cracked the post apart leaving the the middle board wobbling and unsecured. i had to remove the screw, glue the base post together and clamp it, then realign the middle board so the hole is over the center of the post, hammer the board back down, pre drill a new hole put the screw back in. Even so, I don’t have high confidence this will hold up to a 20 lb cat. The top shelf hangs over in such a way that a heavy cat will probably make it break off, given how poorly it is made. I am going to attach strong L brackets to the posts under the shelves for better support, even though it won’t look so good. If you don’t want it to fall apart, be prepared to do some reinforcement handiwork. For the price, I can’t believe how cheap this is.

The build quality isn’t very good. The carpeting appears to have holes in places and doesn’t seem tacked down very well. The middle shelf is wobbly and when I looked at it closer, I could notice a gap between the pole it is attached to that I could fit the tip of my finger through. It was cheaper than others, but I was expecting better workmanship for the price I paid.
