We purchased this cat tower and after 6 months the top tier broke off! It is poorly made and not safe.

My kid's just love it! I even have 2 Maine Coons and a Norwegian Forest cat that can use it. I would suggest using a L bracket to strengthen the top most tier though and the dangle toy's only lasted 2 day's. Besides that it is a big hit. The cushions on the three tiers are supper soft, thickly padded and I believe also removable and washable. The tower is wonderful, thank you!

Terrible. Bought this in store around in June/July 2023. Immediately the top level started to bend, my cat is relatively small and only weighs about 8.5-9 lbs. As of December 2023 the top level snapped completely off, leaving splintered wood and screws exposed. The feather attachment only lasted a few days but I will say my cat is a bit destructive when it comes to toys like that, so she easily pulled it off. But she is not a big nor heavy cat and the fact that this completely fell apart the way it did is devastating for the $150 I paid for it in June/July.

I bought this for my cat 5 months ago. The top perch is not very sturdy. It no longer bears the weight of the cat. The cat weighs 12 pounds. The perch would have been better if the top perch had been centered over the post rather than to one side, so that it dips precariously ever time the cat gets on it. If I can't find a way to brace this one up to support the cat's weight, I'm going to have to ditch it and buy a new one.

Bought this tree for my cat and Yorkshire Terriers. Washed the bedding on the three levels and they fell apart at the end. First time washing. If you buy this tree house hand wash the bedding.

I have zero issues with this other than it's a bit smaller than I would like but I knew the size going in since it was put together at the store and I chose to buy it. I've had it since December 2021, I have 4 cats that use this daily, and they play all around it, jumping around. Zero issues other than it looks a little fluffy cause they love to knead the carpet on it.
