My cat is a terrible shedder. This is the first shedder brush he has ever liked. It doesn’t scratch him because of the plastic on the ends of the bristles. He likes that it is small because he is easily intimidated. You need to empty the fur out frequently to keep picking up more fur. Only minus is the bristles bend easily so be careful not to damage them. I picked up extra because whenever my boy likes something it gets discontinued.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Not a big fan of this. Seems like it’s hurting them when you brush them. For a dog I’m fine with using these but for a small animal it’s too harsh on their little delicate bodies. Probably won’t ever use again.

This is a great slicker brush. We used it for our tiny kitty. Nice dense pins that get all the knots. Tiny head makes it so easy to maneuver on our girls little body. Doesn’t scratch. She loves getting brushed with this.

Got this for my rabbit and it works incredibly well! Picks up a ton of loose fur really easily with just a few brushes through, and he doesn't mind it at all when we have grooming time. Has been amazing with molting season.
