Product was as pictured but was missing parts

I bought this today at the Petco at 5600 Overton Ridge, Fort Worth, TX. I am fairly sure it was a unit returned by a prior customer. It came with 6 caps, one each for the top of each pivoting joint. There were no caps for the bottom of the pivoting joints, even though there were screws at the bottom of each pivot joint, exactly like the screws at the top of the pivoting joints. If there were supposed to be 12 caps, one for each top and one for each bottom of the pivot joint, I would like to know how to get those. While the unit is operable with only 6 top caps, it makes no sense not to have bottom caps, especially if you want to easily collapse it for storage and expand it later for use. My “recommendation to a friend” response below is on the assumption that 12 (not just 6) caps are included.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Absolute Trash, waste of money

The worst $180 I’ve ever spent. My 9 week old Dalmatian managed to jump clear out after having it for a day. We threw the box away so she wouldn’t chew it so Petco refused to take it back. My 9 week old 10lb puppy can almost knock the whole thing over when she jumps. Do not waste your money on this absolute trash product! It’s also not safe for dogs. When they inevitably jump out their legs can get stuck in the holes.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Wendy is the best groomer we have ever had. She has been doing my dogs grooming for a very long time. She always gets it perfect. Of course we then trust her with our new puppy. I feel like she is family. Our new dog had her very first grooming ever today. She looked perfect!

Beware of smaller dogs or puppies getting their lower jaw stuck in the walls of the pen. It happened twice in three weeks. Other than that the pen is wonderful. It’s sturdy as far as free standing pens go. It’s versatile and easy to set up.

Perfect safe spot for our new puppy. Great place to put her when we need to get things done. The door stays latched as long as it’s on correctly, easy enough to open and close that my 6 year old can do it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Is there any way I can buy the one screw top piece that locks it in place? I lost one of those and now it’s not steady.

  1. Hi Jennifer, Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you've lost the screw top piece—those small parts can be tricky! Unfortunately, we don’t sell the screws or individual components separately.

Is the hardware kit mentioned on the box included? Mine did not come with one.

  1. Hi LibertyDad, Good day! We sent you an email about this. Thanks,

Can you buy more panels?

  1. Hi Valued Guest, Good day! Individual panels are not available for sale. This will be evaluated. Thanks
