DANGEROUS. NOT made for rats.
I got this for my rats a few weeks ago. They got into the inside of this hammock, and ate all of the plastic and stuffing and now have clogged their stomachs. They don’t have much longer and there is nothing I can do for them. This hammock killed my rats.

It's a no from me.
Bought for my ferret who LOVED it. Until it almost broke her leg. The material on the koala pouch is like a sherpa material and my ferret got her nail caught to the point where i had to clip her out. She's walking with a limp but vet says not broken. Tossed it the minute I got her free.

It's noisy?
They have plastic on the top layer to make it very crinkly sounding. And I don't see why, as it is a hammock..for sleeping. I own the elephant one too and it crinkle too, but this one for some reason is extra Loud crinkle. Plus the elephant is setup to be a way to play too. So that makes sense. But a hammock that is typically used for sleeping? If you have your ferrets cage in the same room you sleep, I wouldn't recommend getting this hammock. Lol.cute, but really loud.
