Animal Transporter
Purchased the heavy duty (not sure if that's whats pictured here, looks right but the heavy duty is real thick and hard like concrete.) it was for business as a transporter. It's mpossible for a dog to get out of. They could scratch this thick steel like plastic for a year and it wouldn't leave a sctratch. Gates are the same way, heavy duty and impossible to get through. The bolts on the side are great but make sure you tighten them. If you're not a strong person let someone else do it. Like anything, loose boldts are a no no. This is by far the most heavy duty crate on the market.

Door latch broke, Can't purchase a new door

DO NOT PURCHASE!! Door latch springs, upper and lower, broke with in a few months. My local PetCo manager was not helpful at all. There isn’t a replacement door available for this brand. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Terrible Product
Bought 2…less than a year later both door mechanisms have broken and come apart. Petco does not back the product and does not have replacement parts or door available. Bought thus thinking Petco would back the product…..buyer beware. Would give kennels and Petco customer service a negative if I could
