Questions
My cats love this water fountain. I want to replace the little sponge which is protecting the motor. Dirt gets trapped in it. I clean the sponge along with the rest of the fountain each time I change the water. How can I order replacement sponges?
- Just use aquarium filter coarse sponges! Exact same material, and super cheap. Get a couple then cut it to size to fit the pump. Works like a charm.

In the back of the blue “lid” part there is a little removable stopper - is there a bottle/reservoir that I can buy to keep the water level full?? What is the purpose of this feature?
Where can I get a replacement pump? The pump was poor quality and broke.

Hello, We've just purchased the Classic Waterfall Fountain and cannot get it to work. Where can we get more precise instructions. We can hear the motor running BUT then we discovered water all over the floor.
- The exit nozzle of the water pump needs to be lined up with the tube on the cover. The pump fits in different orientations, but only one will line up with the tube. If it is not lined up properly water will fill up the pump chamber and exit out the opening that the power cord fits through the base. Also, be sure there is no plastic flashing or any other things blocking the tube on the cover or the flow out fitting. Hope this helps.

- nope all these devices are ac, it's like a pump for a fish tank has magnet to drive the the water and you take them apart to clean. Once a week vinegar soak the parts clean or change filter.

I was given this fountain second-hand, but it looks like it's missing a portion of the power cord. The end has a circular tip, like you'd see with an audio plug connection. Is there a part I'm missing that would allow it to plug into a regular outlet?

This fountain is so loud and it sound broken I’ve had this thing for about a month can I get a replacement pump or something? It wasn’t loud at first and it is always full with water to the top. It sputtering and my canta won’t drink when it does that.
- We had that problem too. Our filter was clogged and it wouldn't let enough water through, so the pump was loud and sounded like there was not enough water in the reservoir. We replaced the filter, it helped, but didn't cure the noise. The plastic pieces just don't stay as tight together as when we first got it. I don't see that issue getting any better.

hi I bought the imagitarium fresh water uv purified water for my betta,s. Is this good water for them and does it have the nutrients they need? thank you
Rosie is a 4 1/2 year old healthy cat who now won’t drink water. 3 weeks ago yearly vet visit she’s great! Now she’s lost ~ 1/2 pound. Acts fine, no evidence of disease or illness except minor dehydration. SubQ fluid, Covenia, DEXA given by vet yesterday as she’s had UTI in past. Have cat water fountain she loves - no interest now. Eats dry urinary + calm Royal Canin and 1 spoon pumpkin per day. Will not eat moist. Yesterday and today she licked liquid of small can of food. WORRIED!

Hello, Since Skye started to drink from a water fountain she's eating and drinking more so she pees and poops more. About twice a day her pee clumps are bigger than the ones of the rest of the day, I noticed early in the morning when I clean the litter box after night use and after nap time. We have successfully switched Deuce from milk to soft food. We were told to have fresh water out for him to drink. Any tips on how to get him to drink water in addition to eating his soft food? He just seems to not want to drink water at all. He'll sniff at it maybe take a lick or two but that's about it.
My poor Kitty started on a new Heart med called amlodipine 2.5 mg (1/2 tab) I don’t think he’s lathagic but he sure isn’t drinking much water. He was just diagnosed with Moderate cardiac myopathy. Three German Shepherds. 9 yr old male,his off spring son who's 3 and the mother who's 7 The males,rarely take more than a few sips of water each day.
