Broke on us in a matter of months. Poorly designed and poorly made. too bad. The filters on this thing are proprietary so we just threw it out and didn’t even bother anymore and the thing is a hassle to put back together when you have to fill it up with water as well.

Bad customer service and wrong piece included

Wrong power cord provided and bad customer service. Purchased from a store in Colorado that is over an hour away from where I live (the closest petco) and I get home, open the box, and find a Chinese power adapter in the box. Called the 800 number for petco since the product is theirs and they tell me to contact the store and that they cannot ship me a power adapter because I bought the product in store. I call the store and the manager tells me to return to the store or just buy a new power adapter. Really!?! It’s your product and I have to waste 2 hours of time and gas to return to the store or spend more money to get the right adapter? Very bad customer experience. Will be returning the item and moving on from petco.

Plastic degrading within first month, bad purchase

Purchased this a little over 4 months ago. Upon the first filter change, one month in, I noticed yellowing of the plastic. Made a point to check the next month. It was bigger, and new spots started showing up. The UV is run too often for a plastic bowl. Will never purchase this again, do not recommend anyone purchase it because it is a waste of money. If I could give it a zero star, I would have.

I bought this maybe 6 months ago and it just stopped working last week. I paid $60 for it and Pet Co manager said there is nothing they can do for me because it’s past the return policy. What a piece of garbage!

Why does the water fountain quit running randomly? It has water and is in normal mode so I don't understand why it stops working

    Even though the name touts it as "self-cleaning" the pump (and the rest of the fountain) needs to be cleaned at least 1-2x/week. Disassemble it, clean it, then reassemble. Don't forget to change the fountain filters when the flow diminishes.
