I bought this about a month ago and it first I love it. But then it got loud. So I deep cleaned it and changed the filter. It was loud again within a day. If I change the filter it goes back to being silent for about a day before it's loud again. It's also difficult to clean and gets slimey a day after cleaning it. And I only have one cat. Iliterally went through three filters in one month trying to keep it clean. The plastic also collects bacteria and, even after cleaning almost every day and using filtered water, gave my cat horrible acne. She had a plastic water bowl and even that wasn't nearly as bad. Don't waste your money on an expensive piece of garbage. Get a metal fountain from a different retailer for half the price.

I've had this cat water fountain for a year now and never had any problems with it. My cat loves it! I clean it every time I refill it and change the filter whenever I notice the flow getting slow. Since my cat likes it, I plan to buy another one to have as a backup.

I am having heart palpitations trying to get this malfunctioning thing to work. It won’t work. It keeps giving me a red light. I’m trying to make it blue light and stream water. Where is the manual? Why is there no PDF manual available to download anywhere? I’ve had this thimg less than a month. I’m too broke to be wasting this kind of money. I just want my cat to be able to enjoy water! Now he’s gonna get dehydrated and I’m gonna have an anxiety attack! Why is this fountain so terrible! Why is it so hard to assemble and dis-assemble! The cheap stupid ones from Walmart are better! I thought I was upgrading with self-cleaning! But I was just at work for 12 hours now this fountain won’t do its one job and provide for my cat! Why is it so terrible terrible terrible!!!!!!
