Purchased this water bowl as a replacement for a decent similar one that I accidently busted. It is almost anxiety inducing when refilling or even moving the bowl because it is so easy to cause spillage. The stopper valve on the reservoir is a joke and the smallest nudge will allow significant flow. Also, the lid feels cheap and it can be difficult to screw on correctly. The reservoir snaps into place but can easily be detached so if you have to move it, always pick up the unit by the base and carry it VERY carefully unless you want water everywhere (Good luck with this!).

I bought this yesterday hoping to keep puppies watered over night in their outdoor kennel. The water container sits sits loosely on top of the base but not secure. Puppies easily knock it off so only water available is what happens to be in their dish. It needs to snap into a slot to keep this from happening. Certainly did not work for me

I received these products for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review. I love this water dispenser! It holds ample amount of water and provides continuous water for my dogs. I only have to fill the container once and it lasts all day. Much better than having to fill their water bowls multiple times a day. It keeps my dogs well hydrated.
