Not worth the money and work

After using this for several months, I will not be using it again. Black mold-like gunk builds up in the smallest places in the pump, and is impossible to clear out entirely. The cat won't use it after only a couple of days. The one-use filters do get some of the gunk out but turn black very quickly. I bought this to SAVE myself some work, not make more! We're going back to a flat bottom bowl for water.

Bought this only six months ago. Cleaned it with stainless steel safe sponge every week and put fresh filtered water in daily. By 4 months in, it had started to rust. By 6 months in, the pump started failing. You cannot buy a new pump, and it’s pointless because of the rusting. Extremely frustrated, given I paid $70 for this and bought 9 months worth of filters. Disappointed in petco for still selling this product despite the terrible reviews. Do not buy this product!

Weak pump, noisy!

My cat likes it, it's easy to clean, and easy to set up. I returned it because the pump struggles to keep the water running through without making a loud noise. It's quiet until the water level gets below just a half inch below the top. I was worried the pump would wear out faster, so I returned it and went with a different brand.

I struggled to get my cat to stop spilling his water all over the floor, and after switching to this fountain he has stopped for good! My cats love this fountain and they are drinking more water than they used to. I like it because it is very easy to take apart and wash and the sound of the flowing water is actually quite pleasant. The only thing I don’t like about this fountain is you have to align the pump, filter compartment and the silicone spout perfectly or the water will not run.

The white soft rubber piece that you put on the fountain somehow got a tear in it and now the fountain doesn’t dispense water anymore. I can’t find any replacement parts for this and I don’t want to have to spend $60 for a new fountain.

Hi, I see that the filters for this fountain are out of stock, but the ones for the ceramic fountain look similar and are in stock.  Do the ceramic filters fit this fountain?  Also, is there a replacement rubber piece available for purchase? Thanks

    Why doesn't it work? This one is going back to the store! Set it up like the directions said and it would not cascade it made noise but I don't need to pay that much money for just a waterbowl!

      I've found that if you can hear the motor running but aren't getting any low it's possibly because the nozzle on the top of the white motor box is not lined up with or inserted into the tube on the white rubber part, it will not flow unless they are matched up. Yes it's a pain to get them lined up, but it should work after that.

    Do you offer a stainless steel fountain with auto shut off if the water runs dry? ( protect the pump from running dry) and that has a 6' long cord.
