The white soft rubber piece that you put on the fountain somehow got a tear in it and now the fountain doesn’t dispense water anymore. I can’t find any replacement parts for this and I don’t want to have to spend $60 for a new fountain.

I love this fountain I’ve had it for at least a year or 2 but the water pump has stopped working. I take it apart and clean it with vinegar every month. How can I order just the water pum?

Hi, I see that the filters for this fountain are out of stock, but the ones for the ceramic fountain look similar and are in stock. Do the ceramic filters fit this fountain? Also, is there a replacement rubber piece available for purchase? Thanks
The suction cups are breaking off the bottom of the case that holds the motor. How do I get replacements?

Why doesn't it work? This one is going back to the store! Set it up like the directions said and it would not cascade it made noise but I don't need to pay that much money for just a waterbowl!
- I've found that if you can hear the motor running but aren't getting any low it's possibly because the nozzle on the top of the white motor box is not lined up with or inserted into the tube on the white rubber part, it will not flow unless they are matched up. Yes it's a pain to get them lined up, but it should work after that.

Can I order replacement filter cartridges? How, exactly? There is no information whatsoever in the owner’s manual. And I have searched the Petco site unsuccessfully.

Do you offer a stainless steel fountain with auto shut off if the water runs dry? ( protect the pump from running dry) and that has a 6' long cord.
I see that the filter and unit should be cleaned once a month, however do I need to change the water out before then or only when cleaned?
