I didn’t want to order in line because I wanted to be sure of what I was buying. But I couldn’t find a tie out for a small dog or puppy in any store. So I ordered this one. The clasp was the same size as the tie out for a 150 pound dog! When I put it on her it was heavy around her neck and the cable wrapped around her back leg. I will be returning this item.

We have a fenced in yard but my small dog keeps getting out. So I bought this and it is fantastic I don't have to worry about him getting out and running into the street . . It is nice it doesn't tangle up and and it's not very heavy for him because he is small so it is great.
