I am getting a hedgehog and have been told to get a small enclosed space to put in the cage for sleeping. Recommendations???
Need gromming store for my cat
Do you have any suggestions for litter box or harness training. Also, can I use pine shavings for their bedding as it is not a red wood?
So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
What is the best bedding for my rabbit
My kitten is the anxious type in general. Today I decided to buy a litter box with a hood and door because she makes a mess in her other grey litter box despite having a large mat to capture the excess litter. I tried removing the lid for her so she can get used to it. What could I do to help her use her new litter box?
I am taking care of my gfs cat on my own for a while. Its my first night. I have a very small house and the cat is pissed and has t established a hiding space yet. What should i do?
Hello. We have a 9 week male Morkie named Grits. We are trying to potty pad training and crate training. We let him out every 2 hours and let him do his business. Then we play with him for a bit, then back to the crate. Our question is, can we move the crate upstairs with us when we go to bed? The wife would really like for him to sleep in bed with us,but not until he is potty trained
We have three 24 days old kittens. Plus their parents. I guess it’s about time for their litter training, but the queen doesn’t seem to do anything. I wanted to see what I exactly have to do and what to prepare for them? Maybe a new litter box?
After unsuccessful attempts to find the owner of a stray, emaciated tortie, we decided to adopt her. We fed her for a week before a vet visit last Wed. to spay, etc. She'd had dry nipples as if she'd dropped a litter some time ago, but the teats filled out as we fed her. Got her home yesterday, kept her inside per vet's direction, and "walked" her in lieu of litter box she refused to use. We heard kitten mews under porch steps, and she darted under. Her incision is nicely closed -- any guidance?
My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors, and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
We took a cat in our barn to a shelter and then we found out she had kittens a few days ago and we think they are 3 days old. We bought formula and bottles and feed them every 2 hours but I don't know what else they need. What should I keep them in? Do I need to clean them and help them pee?
