8 week old puppy flipped it within hours
Owned it <24 hours this 12 lb 8 week old puppy flipped this "no tip" falsely advertised dish. Maybe if you own a gerbil or goldfish it will work.

Is the inside coating of the bowl supposed to come off when washed? I only hand-washed it, but this grayish paint/coating came off. Is that coating safe for small dogs, or am I supposed to fully wash it off before using the bowl?
