Is there anything I can give my cat OTC to calm it enough to take care of the mats?
My 10 year old cat with IBD has had a large area near his tail and hip that is warm to touch with thinned coat for the past few weeks. In the beginning he was extremely itchy all over, so I changed his diet assuming he's developed a new food allergy, gave him a colloidal bath, changed his probiotic and added some holistic remedies. The itchiness has gone and he's returned to his playful self but the warmness remains. I've been treating it as a hot spot but not sure that it is. Any advice?
Is there a cream I can buy from the store to help my cat's red skin around her butt from poop sticking?
My cats have trouble with hair balls, whats a good item to get for them. I've tried the cream you put on there paw
I'm thinking of buying an electric heating mat for my cats. Are they safe to use? Could it burn my cat even on a low setting?
Do you think I need cooling mats for my cats? They are strictly indoor cats with access to water at all times. I notice they like to lay on the cool tiles near my door.
Need gromming store for my cat
How can i treat my cat? What are somethings cats like.
So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
CARESHARE My cat is 1 year old and does not turn to heat
How to keep my cat warm in winters? do they need somecare?? btw house not internally heated
Found a scab (dry, white with reddish center, raised) on my cat's back, which is about 1/2 inches. Her coat was moist and mat (stuck) probably due to fluid. I cut that area fur short. I was advised to give her Omega oil, ointment. Anything else I should do? Also, she has what appears to be ear mites (black). Do you sell any natural topical cream or ear care?
