I feed them in separate bowls on each side of the fireplace. They are grazers eat some leave etc. I put morning portion in their bowl and then later if empty evenings. I’d like to them to eat all their dry food in two meals and finish in a timely manner. How to train them to do this without making them get too skinny? And how many cups should I feed them? Which dry food is best for an indoor, seven year old cat, low in calories?
I have noticed that my 2 cats are not completing their dry food bowls as quickly as they used to, a whole day might pass without them completing their first dry food scoop. They do enjoy their wet food as always though. What can I do to make sure that they eat their dry food (which I prefer over wet food) and make sure that they are not underfed? I only feed them a small scoop of wet food every 10-12 hours.

Hello, my cat Nala is gaining weight and I'm not really sure why. I believe her weight ranges from 10 - 14 pounds. I feed her 1/4 cup twice a day but I think that may be too much. I have added the blue buffalo feeding chart in the images below, can someone please explain to me if these measurements are meant to be given once a day or divided into two feedings? Hi! I just adopted a 5 month old kitten with CH. I've had him for two days, and have not been able to get him to drink water from a bowl. I've tried several types of bowls with no luck. I've been adding extra water to his wet food in the meantime, which he eats just fine, but I don't think that's an ideal solution long-term. He has a vet appointment next week, but any help in the meantime would be appreciated.
