Broke during assembly

Very poor quality plastic couldn’t return
We love petco BUT……We purchased this large cage on 12/21 /22 for my English Bulldog. We have only actually locked her in it maybe a total of 4/ 5 times. The cage is very large and roomy. She likes to lay in it with her blanket and door open. Being that said the bottom plastic by the door is already badly broken/cracked. For $165 I expected this to hold up longer then 3 mths. This is absolutely unacceptable that this $165 cage couldn’t hold up to an English Bulldog. Because it was over 60 days nothing we could do. we would have been happy with a store credit. Stay far away from this product unless you only plan on having it for less than 60 day.

Great kennel. Large & sturdy. I ordered online, so I was surprised at how large it was. It was actually too large for my husky pup to use now, but saving it for later as she grows as it is such a great product. And a great price too!

The screws that come with this carrier are too short and are not long enough for use with the screw tops provided. I had to use my own screws.

What are the inside dimensions? Yes, I know it states the dimensions in the description, but those are the outside dimensions with the "lip" etc. Also, why is this fairly large kennel only rated for 15-20 pounds, considering its large size.
