Definitely a bed.
Eh. I can certainly say that it's a bed, I mean it is, but it's not really good or even particularly bad either. Whether you're a cat or a person, you don't want to sleep on this thing, but I guess after a long day maybe you will. I really do think this made my cat more sad overall just because of its utter mediocrity.
No, I do not recommend this product.
