Questions
I would like a button on a digital timer that I can press to turn off the power to my filter (to feed my fish) and have it turn back on automatically after a few minutes. Will your device do this?
- No. Just the power switch. The timer feature allows day/night split on 24 hr cycle. So if day runs 6a- 7 p, the night slits will run 7:01p-6:59a.

Do the individual outlets rotate?
- Hi there! Our Coralife Aqualight Digital Power Center has a rotating round locking cover to close individual outlets.

What is the maximum wattage a single socket can use? I hv lights that use 160w that I want in one socket.
- Hi there! The socket is designed for a 15 amp circuit with a voltage of 120 volts and a frequency of 60 Hz. The maximum wattage that can be safely supported by this circuit would be 1875 watts. Therefore, you should be fine using lights that consume 160 watts in this socket, as it falls well within the specified limit. Just make sure not to overload the circuit to maintain safety.

So we have 5 aquarium lights that we want to plug into this and we want all 5 lights to turn on exactly at the same time and turn off at the same time, will it work for this reason?
- Unfortunately, this would not work with this product.

Will this work if there is a power outage? Is there a battery I can use because I have power outages often and I need this for the UVB and heat lamps on my bearded dragon's tank. If I can use a battery, what type?
- YES!! As long as the battery in it is good, it will keep time when there is a power outrage, so no reset necessary...if u r getting the digital one anyway. This does NOT keep your lights on during the outrage...u need a generator for that. Believe me I know, I have these on my beardies, my rat room, my snakes, everything now. They are nice because when power does come back on I dont have to worry about my timers all being offset. Hope that helps.

How long is the cord that is attached to the power bar?
- 3 feet.

Can I plug a digital thermostat into the timed plugs and then plug my lights into the thermostat and still have it function normally?
- Thank you for your question. That should work. The digital thermostat is not a timed unit, just an on/off device that is set at a specific temp. There is no setting to mess up. When the timer unit gives power to the thermostat, the thermostat will go back to functioning the way it is meant to without messing anything up.

Is there a pwr trip/ reset-?
- Thank you for your question. The Coralife Power Center has a circuit protection but not a surge protection.

Is the battery mentioned in the set-up of the digital model included?
- Aquariumgirl, Thank you for your question. The batteries are not included in the Coralife Power Centers, however, they can be purchased at any local store. For this item you would need a AG13 Mercury Battery, which is similar to a watch battery. The battery is not necessary for this item to work, however, if you have power outages in your area often we would recommend installing the battery to keep your tank running.

Can you use the timer with only one outlet?
- Nope, when the top two are on the bottom two are off.
