Is it safe if dogs lick it?
- Our dog did not have a desire to lick it so it stayed on well enough to help heal his itchy spots. Main ingredients are aloe and tea tree oil, not known to be toxic.

Hello. My dog Nala has some dry itchy skin I think down at the end of her back, beginning of her tail where she use to, I believe, have mites a while back. I have a moisturizer cream that’s for rough dry skin called Ammonium Lactate 12% Cream. It was prescribed to me by the V.A for my feet & other dry areas. Pet Smart told me it could be a food allergy and gave me a certain brand of food and a shampoo with oatmeal and tea tree oil and it still has not stopped the itching. What could be causing this and how can I relieve the itching until it heals?
